At 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Boise Police patrol officers responded to a report of an attempted armed robbery at a coffee shop on the 8600 block of Overland Road.  Initial reports indicated that a woman had approached the shop window and demanded money while brandishing what appeared to be a firearm.  The suspect did not get any cash, and when she attempted to leave the store an employee chased after her as officers arrived on scene.  After a brief foot pursuit, officers were able to detain the suspect, as well as a second female who also fled from the scene on foot.  Officers also located a replica toy handgun in the area and a vehicle reported stolen out of Colorado that the suspects, identified as Davenport and Prieto, had been driving.  It was also determined that Davenport had a felony warrant from that state.  Both suspects were arrested and charged with the above felonies.
