Boise Police investigate convenience store robbery

Boise Police are investigating a robbery at a convenience store that happened on 10/29/18.  Boise Police have reviewed surveillance video of the robbery and after conducting additional investigation are asking the public for help.

What Happened:  At 11:37 p.m. on 10/29/18 Boise Police responded to a business on the 700 block of Garden Street for a report of a robbery.  Upon investigation officers learned that a white male showed a knife to the clerk and demanded all the money from the cash register.  The suspect is also said to have used a handheld voice changer.  The suspect fled the area on foot.  Boise Police searched the area and called in a K9 to assist but were unable to locate the suspect.

Suspect description:  The suspect is described as being a white male with a slender build, about 5’8”-5’10”.  He was wearing a blue zip-up hoody, jeans, black sunglasses and a gray scarf wrapped around his face.  As previously mentioned, he was also said to be using some type of voice modulator to disguise his voice.
