BPD Investigating a hit and run at Myrtle and 13th St.

Tuesday night at 10:22 p.m.  Boise Police officers responded to a hit and run injury accident at W. Myrtle St. and S. 13th St.  The victim, an adult male, received serious but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. A preliminary investigation shows the victim was walking northbound on 13th St. on the west side of the intersection when he was struck by the suspect’s vehicle driving eastbound on Myrtle.  The suspect’s vehicle fled the area and continued eastbound on Myrtle.  

Officers interviewed multiple witnesses and collected evidence at the scene but at this time there is not a description of the vehicle that is available for release.
