13th Anniversary of the disappearance of Ahren Barnard

Ahren BarnardToday marks the 13th Anniversary of Ahren Barnard's disappearance and Boise Police continue to search for answers in this open investigation.

 Missing: Ahren "Benji" Benjamin Barnard, born 1969
 Last Seen: Dec. 4, 2004 at a fast food restaurant at Cole & Overland in Boise.

As previously released, Boise Police don’t have suspects or evidence of foul play but detectives do believe Barnard was endangered when he went missing. Mr. Bernard's family firmly believes he would try to contact loved ones if he were able.

 “As another year passes, our goal continues to be finding answers for the Barnard family and this community," said Sgt. Justin Kendall of the Boise Police Criminal Investigations Division. “Boise Police Detectives continue to actively follow leads in the case, however, none of those leads have turned up any evidence on his whereabouts.”

Description of Ahren Barnard: 

Dark hair

5'10", 180 lbs

Brown eyes

Has a scar on his left arm
