Update: Vehicle description in shots fired investigation

Vehicle description:  The suspects are described as two white males driving a silver, older model, two door car.  The windows are potentially damaged or shot out.  The car was last seen traveling north on Columbus from Palouse St.

Previously released at 12:25 p.m.

At 9:59 am Boise Police responded to a shots fired call on the 2300 block of W. Palouse St. The suspected shooter fled the scene before police arrived. One injured victim was also taken to the hospital in a private vehicle before emergency personnel arrived on scene.  The victim is an adult male and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Boise Police are interviewing witnesses and the investigation is ongoing.  Preliminary reports suggest that there was an altercation in the home before multiple shots were fired and the suspects fled the scene.  Officers do not believe the suspects are still in the area of shooting and do not believe there is an ongoing threat in the neighborhood.
