Warrant Arrests - Drug and failure to appear charges; BPD Daily Watch Log

Arrested: Efrain Tapia-Valle (aka Efrain Papia-Valle, aka Efrain Papia, aka Efrain Nava)

Charged: Warrant – Failure to Appear (F)

Boise Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 8400 block of W. Fairview Avenue on Monday, February 10, at 11:54 p.m. reference a family dispute.  Officers made contact with Tapia-Valle and discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest.  Tapia-Valle was arrested for the above warrant and booked into the Ada County Jail.


Arrested: Ronald E. Macomb, 32, Boise

Charged: Warrant – Manufacture, Deliver or Possess a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (F)

Boise Police officers responded to an address near North Collister Drive and West Castlebar Drive on Saturday, February 8, at 8:40 p.m. for a report of a problem with a drunken person.  Upon arrival officers made contact with Macomb, who seemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of some kind of drug.  During the contact it was discovered that Macomb had a warrant for his arrest with the above charges listed on it.  Macomb was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail February 8.
