Dispute turns violent; Felony charge for Possession of Spice; BPD Daily Incident Report

Boise Police are investigating a fight between acquaintances that turned physical overnight. Officers were called to a residence off Cloverdale Road near I-84 at 6:23 p.m. last night. When officers arrived, they found an adult male standing in the driveway of his residence with a stab wound to the lower abdomen. The victim told officers the suspect had also struck him with the suspect's vehicle. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The suspect and victim are known to each other. The incident appears to involve and ongoing dispute. Officers do have suspect information. The investigation is ongoing.


Arrested: Dustin L. Harris

Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Spice (F)

Boise Police were called to assist Probation and Parole officers with a search of a parolee's residence on the 1600 block of West State Street last night. Officers found the parolee, Harris in possession of two plastic baggies containing a substance identified as Spice, approximately 252 grams total package weight. Officers also found the suspect in possession of a digital scale leading to the delivery charge. Officers arrested and booked the suspect on the above charge.


Arrested: Addrian S. Stoldt, 33, Boise

Charged: Burglary (F)

Boise Police were called by employees to a retail store on the 1200 block of N. Milwaukee Street yesterday afternoon. Officers arrived and spoke with witnesses who identified the suspect as leaving the store with several tools without paying. Officers found evidence the suspect entered the store with the intention of committing the theft making the charge a felony. The suspect was booked into the Ada County Jail.
