Vehicle burglary suspect arrested on Felony charges; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Warren F. Sollers, 18, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police officers arrested Warren Sollers this morning, October 9th, as part of an ongoing investigation into the vehicle burglaries that took place in the early morning hours of October 9th in the North end of Boise. During the course of the investigation, officers obtained evidence that indicates Warren Sollers, and a juvenile male suspect, entered two unlocked vehicles and stole items. Some of the stolen items have been recovered. After a detailed investigation into the thefts, the suspect was taken into custody early this morning and booked on the above listed charges. The juvenile male suspect may face similar charges in the juvenile justice system. 

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 14 BURGLARY 18-1401. Burglary defined. Every person who enters any house, room, apartment, tenement, shop, warehouse, store, mill, barn, stable, outhouse, or other building, tent, vessel, vehicle, trailer, airplane or railroad car, with intent to commit any theft or any felony, is guilty of burglary.
