Boise Police were called to a fight with a weapon at 10:30 last night at a home in the neighborhood just northeast of East Ustick and North Eagle Roads. When officers arrived they found several people at the home saying a man and woman had forced their way inside, reportedly over an apparent property dispute involving a skateboard. The victims and suspect are known to each other. Witnesses told officers the man, identified as Morris, carried a baseball bat and, after forcing his way into the home, used the bat to threaten victims. Witnesses said the suspect also used the bat as he became involved in a physical fight with three of the residents. No one was seriously injured.

Reidner is accused of being with Morris during the incident, following him into the home after forcing entry and also becoming involved in a physical fight with one of the residents of the home.

Both Morris and Reidner are accused of using force to take property from the victims, in this case, the skateboard. Both suspects were located by officers at a nearby home and booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charges.
