Citizen call leads to two overnight arrests; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Curtis M. Odaniel, 40, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

    Arrested: Suzanne P. Shahboz, 43, Boise

    Charges: Violation of a No Contact Order (m)

   Boise Police responded to a group home near Overland and Maple Grove after receiving a citizen tip that Suzanne Shahboz was in violation of a no contact order yesterday, October 21st, at approximately 2:00 p.m. When officers attempted to enter a common area of the group home to verify that Suzanne Shahboz was there, Curtis Odaniel attempted to keep officers from entering by pushing against the door. Curtis Odaniel and Suzanne Shahboz were taken into custody without further incident. Officers verified that Suzanne Shahboz was in violation of a current active no contact order, resulting in the misdemeanor charge. A search of Curtis Odaniel's person revealed a glass pipe with meth residue in it. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
