Officers Search for Two Metal Theft Suspects Driving Unique Pickup

Boise, April 2, 2013 - Boise Police are searching for two suspects who have stolen metal shelving repeatedly from property in the area of N. Orchard and W. Irving Streets. The suspect's vehicle appears unique. Officers are hoping a citizen tip may help them identify and locate the suspects.

What Happened: Boise Police were notified Monday morning, March 25th by workers at the property near  N. Orchard and W. Irving Streets who arrived to work and found the metal shelving missing. Investigators believe two male suspects entered property three times over the weekend of March 23 - 24 taking the metal valued at more than $2,500.

Suspects Description:  The two suspects are believed to be male. One may walk with a noticeable limp. 

Suspect Vehicle Description: The suspect vehicle appears to be a white mid-1980's Chevy S10 pickup, with custom wheels and a prominent antenna. 

Crime Stoppers: Anyone with information on the crime or who the suspects may be is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS, or log onto, or text CRIMES or 274637, subject: Tip236. A citizen can remain anonymous. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of criminal suspects.
