Warrant Arrested: Isaiah C. Officer, 20, Boise

The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Robbery early this morning.

The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place in January of this year.  Evidence indicates the suspects were involved in the robbery of an adult male victim, who is known to the suspects, on January 26th at a residence in the North end. During the incident the suspects obtained the victim's money and other personal items. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquiries into this incident should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Arrested: Mark D. Miller, 54, Boise

Charges: Possession of a Financial Transaction Card (Fraud)(F), Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m), Failure to Purchase DL(m), Driving Without Privileges (m), Providing False Information to Police (m)

Boise Police responded to a report of a collision at West Franklin Road and South Orchard Street late last night, February 12th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Evidence indicates the suspect was driving a small bus when he turned left into a parking lot, striking a motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction. The driver of the motorcycle was not seriously injured in the incident. The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. The suspect provided false identifying information to officers. A check through Boise City records indicated the suspect did not have a valid drivers license. During the course of the investigation officers recovered two credit cards that did not belong to the suspect. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
