Drug Possession and Fraud arrests; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Kelly R. Robinett, 42, Boise

   Charges: Possession of A Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Parole Violation Charges (F), Carrying a Concealed Weapon (m)

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the arrest of a wanted subject at a residence on the 1000 block of South Capitol Boulevard yesterday, February 14th, at approximately 9:40 p.m. A search of the suspect's person after his arrest on parole violation charges revealed a plastic baggie containing approximately .7 grams total package weight of meth. Officers also recovered and a knife from the suspect's pocket. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.


   Arrested: Alina Perez-Vasquez, 46, Las Vegas NV.

   Charges: Forgery (F), Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fraud in progress at a bank on the 4600 block of West State Street yesterday, February 14th, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Store employees tell police the suspect attempted to cash a check at the bank using a customers account from Florida. The bank had already been made aware of fraudulent activity on the account and called police. After a detailed investigation into the incident, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
