Warrant Arrested: Carlos L. Pineira, 25, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)

The suspects were taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrants for Burglary yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from a retail store on the 400 block of North Milwaukee Street in December of last year. Evidence indicates the suspects had stolen items from the store, then returned the items at a later time for monetary gain. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
