Burglary suspect caught dragging tires under fence; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Shawn R. Marshall, 43, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F), Trespassing (m), Failure to Appear Warrant charges (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a storage facility on the 3500 block of South Lindsay Avenue last night, October 1st, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Employees tell police they caught the suspect pushing tires underneath the fence, taking them from the facility. The employee detained the suspect until officers arrived. Officers located a large set of bolt cutters and determined the tires had been taken from one of the storage units. A check through Ada County Dispatch indicated the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on Failure to Appear charges. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
