Possession of Meth lands suspect in jail on Felony charge; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Woodrow W. Hiedeman 3rd, 31, Boise

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

Boise Police responded to a report of a possible vehicle burglary in progress near East Carter Avenue and South Gekler Lane last night, September 25th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. The calling party tells police she witnessed the suspect going through a vehicle parked on the street. Officers located the suspect and a search of his person revealed syringes, spoons and a plastic baggie containing a small amount of Meth. Officers determined a burglary had not taken place. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Angela R. Rupe, 35, Boise

Warrant Charges: Harboring a Fugitive (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Harboring a Fugitive early this morning.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the suspects involvement in the search for a wanted person. Officers contacted the suspect at a residence in Boise on June 26th of this year and informed her that if she was located in the company of the wanted person she would be charged with harboring a fugitive. On June 30th officers located the fugitive at the suspects residence. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
