Update: Additional information in Amber Alert case

   The teenager was located by Boise Police Detectives at a residence on the 2200 block of North Liberty Street this morning, August 30th, at approximately 7:30 a.m.  At the time, the teenager appeared to be in good health.  The juvenile male will be turned over to the custody of agents with the Idaho State Department of Health and Welfare.

   The investigation into the alleged battery did not result in any charges being filed at this time. Following a detailed investigation, the suspect has not been taken into custody and officers are no longer seeking his whereabouts at this time. Other elements of this investigation are still ongoing, including the validity of the report by a third party and the elusive nature of the suspect’s actions. No further information is available at this time.
