Warrant Arrested: Jimmy Storey, 74, of Boise

Warrant Charges:  Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into activity that took place on more than one occasion starting in 1992 at a Boise home. Evidence indicates the suspect, who is well known to the victims, engaged in illegal sexual activity on more than one occasion. The two victims were under the age of 10 years old at the time. The activity was reported to police in January of this year. Detectives have no evidence that indicates other victims are involved at this time. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
