Officers arrest driver who reportedly waved a gun at teens; BPD daily incident report

Arrested: Travis D. Kork, 21, Boise

Charged: Aggravated Assault (F)

Boise Police officers were called to a home in east Boise late Saturday afternoon, August 18th, 2012.  Officers met with three teenage boys at the home who said they had been riding their bikes in the neighborhood near E. Parkcenter Blvd and E. Pennsylvania St. when the driver of a maroon Subaru slowed down and drove next to them, waved a gun toward the boys, made threatening comments then drove off. The boys rode to a friend’s home and immediately called Boise police. Thanks to the suspect vehicle description provided by the boys, on Monday, August 20th, officers were able to track down the suspect at his home, not far from where the incident occurred. Officers say there’s evidence the suspect may have been drinking alcohol prior to the incident. He was booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charge.

Arrested: Nicholas L. Ramsey, 24, Boise

Boise Police officers on patrol shortly after 4:30 this morning, Tuesday, August 21st spotted the driver of a vehicle who matched the description of a wanted person. Officers stopped the vehicle.
