Threats with a knife lead to Aggravated Assault arrest; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Cambria L. Sims, 40, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance at a residence on the 6700 block of West Fernwood Drive yesterday, July 26th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Witnesses tell police the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated, had become involved in an ongoing dispute with a teenage male who also resides in the home. At one point, the victim tells police the suspect held a kitchen knife in a threatening manner and made stabbing motions. The victim tells police he feared he would be stabbed by the suspect. The victim managed to exit the residence shortly after the incident. Officers recovered the knife from the home. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 9 ASSAULT AND BATTERY 18-905. Aggravated assault defined. An aggravated assault is an assault: (a)  With a deadly weapon or instrument without intent to kill; or (b)  By any means or force likely to produce great bodily harm

    Arrested: Danielle B. Fultz, 26, Meridian

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

   Boise Police contacted the suspects as they arrived in a car at the parking lot of a hotel on the 2600 block of West Fairview Avenue last night, July 26th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Officers has a warrant for the arrest of Christopher Ybarguen on probation violation charges. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named "Deisel" alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed two prescription bottles containing more than 150 prescription pills the suspects did not have documentation for, scales, syringes, packaging materials and approximately 11 grams of Meth. After a detailed investigation the suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
