Residential burglary ends in swift arrest; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Alex W. Ingram, 22, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F), Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a burglary on the 2100 block of North Allumbaugh Street early yesterday morning, June 26th, at approximately 5:00 a.m. The victim tells police that some time during the night a suspect had broken into the home and stolen several items, including a large flatscreen television and electronics. Officers located the stolen items inside a vehicle parked at a nearby residence. After a detailed investigation, officers determined the suspect had entered the home and taken the items valued at more than $2,000.00. Officers recovered all of the stolen items. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.


   Warrant Arrested: Craig H. Cichy, 52, Boise

   Warrant Charges: Sexual Battery of a Minor (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Sexual Battery of a Minor yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into conduct that reportedly took place in a Boise home on more than one occasion over a period of years. The conduct was reported to Boise Police on June 18th of this year. The suspect is well known to the victim and officers have no evidence at this time indicating other victims are involved. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
