Theft from the bed of a truck leads to Felony arrest; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Matthew A. Malloy, 38, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight on the 200 block of West Bannock early yesterday morning, May 22nd, at approximately 6:30 a.m. The victim tells police the suspect, who he has had an ongoing dispute with, had been caught taking items from the victim's truck. The vehicle was parked on the street at the time and witnesses tell police the suspect had opened the camper shell on the bed of the pickup to remove items from the vehicle. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

TITLE 18CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 14 BURGLARY 18-1401. Burglary defined. Every person who enters any house, room, apartment, tenement, shop, warehouse, store, mill, barn, stable, outhouse, or other building, tent, vessel, vehicle, trailer, airplane or railroad car, with intent to commit any theft or any felony, is guilty of burglary.
