Battery on an Officer and Burglary charges; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Greysen K. Purdy

   Charges:  Battery on an Officer (F), Probation Violation charges (m)

    Boise Police received a request for assistance from Idaho Probation and Parole agents at their facility yesterday, May 10th, at approximately 11:30 a.m. The victim, a Probation and Parole Officer tells police he attempted to take the suspect into custody on probation violation charges. At one point, the victim tells police the suspect punched the victim in the face. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.


   Arrested: Kevin Pio-Martinez, 18, Transient

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a convenience store on the 500 block of South Capitol Blvd. yesterday, May 10th, at approximately 8:00 a.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
