Traffic stop leads to Felony drug charge; Daily incident report.

Arrested: Robert C. Osborne, 23, Boise

Charges:  Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Prescription Pain Killers)(F)

Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle fail to signal a turn onto Hale Street from Broadway Avenue last night, March 15th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. At one point during the traffic stop, officers recieved permission to conduct a search. Officers recovered a large plastic bag containing approximately 21 Hydrocodone and one Trazodone prescription medications from the suspects pants. The suspect did not have a prescription for the pain killers. Due to the amount of controlled substances recovered, the suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Warrant Arrested: Leanoard L. Milburn, 45, Garden City

  Warrant Charges:  Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from a retail store in November of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect entered a store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
