11-23-11 UPDATE (PHOTOS) Armed Robbery at Fairview and Maple Grove

    Boise, November 23rd, 2011 -Boise Police are asking the public's help in identifying the man who robbed a Fairview business this afternoon at gunpoint.

    What Happened: At approximately 4:37 p.m. this afternoon, November 23rd, officers received a report of an armed robbery at a business on the 8900 block of West Fairview. Victims tell police a man entered the business and demanded cash. The suspect then fled the business with an undisclosed amount of money. An immediate search of the area did not result in the suspects arrest. 

    Suspect description:Witnesses describe the robbery suspect as being a light skinned male in his early 20's, skinny, approximately 5'5 tall, with blue eyes. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a dark colored mask on the lower part of his, a grey stocking cap with a white stripe, grey or dark colored coat, khaki pants and carrying a black handgun. The suspect was last seen headed Eastbound on Fairview Avenue. At this time officers have evidence that this vehicle was involved in the crime.
