10-18-11 Enticement and Aggravated Assault arrests; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Saif Abdul Razik-Alazzani, 28, Boise

   Charges: Child Enticement (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a child enticement in a neighborhood in the Boise Valley district yesterday, October 17th at approximately 7:00 a.m. The teenage victim tells police she was waiting for a school bus when the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, pulled up next to her in a car and stopped. The suspect demanded she get in the car. The victim tells officers she ignored him and at that point the man started crawling out of his window and insisting she get in. The victim says she refused to get into the vehicle again and he asked her if she needed a ride. At that point other witnesses arrived and the suspect drove away. Using information provided by the victim, officers located the suspect approximately a half hour later and conducted a detailed investigation. Officers believe alcohol was a factor in this incident. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges. 

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 15 CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS18-1509. Enticing of children.(1) A person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if that person attempts to persuade, or persuades, whether by words or actions or both, a minor child under the age of sixteen (16) years to either: (a)  Leave the child's home or school; or (b)  Enter a vehicle or building;


  Warrant Arrested: Thomas J. Flynn, 58, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for aggravated assault yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place on September 8th of this year. On that date the suspect and victim became involved in a road rage situation while driving. At one point, evidence indicates the suspect produced a handgun, pointing it at the victim. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.


  Arrested:Sarah E. Gillman, 25, Boise

  Charges:Burglary (F), Possession of an Open Container (m), Disorderly Conduct (m)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 5200 block of West Franklin yesterday, October 17th, at approximately 11:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items in a backpack and consume two beers in a dressing room. The suspect then left the store without paying for approximately $300.00 in merchandise including several items of  clothing, a backpack, a knife and a box of wine. Officers located the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated, in the parking lot drinking from the box of wine. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
