Arrested: Ryan S. Herren, 27, Boise
Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance - Meth (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m), Possession of marijuana (m)

    Boise Police were called to assist US Marshall's and Probation and Parole agents Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 28th in a residential neighborhood southwest of W. Overland Rd and Vista Ave. The suspect, Herren, had just been taken into custody by the agents. During the arrest, agents found what they suspected to be meth on the suspect. Boise Police were called. Officers found the suspect in possession of two baggies with a total package weight of 3.2 grams of a white crystal substance that field tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Officers also found the suspect in possession of a third baggie with approximately one gram of a green leafy substance that tested positive for marijuana. A scale and a syringe were also found on the suspect. He was arrested on the above charges by Boise Police in addition to the outstanding arrest warrant and booked into the Ada County Jail. Arrested:  Luis A. Juarez, 24, Boise
Charged: Possession on a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Marijuana (F)

    A Boise Police officer on patrol yesterday morning shortly after 8:00 a.m. saw a car turn with the driver failing to use a signal. The officer stopped the vehicle near W. Overland and S. Cole Roads. After making contact with the driver and a passenger, Juarez, the officer discovered through a records check Juarez had an outstanding Ada County warrant for his arrest. A Boise Police drug detection canine alerted on the vehicle. After taking Juarez into custody in a search following his arrest, officers found him in possession of multiple baggies containing what appeared to be different amounts of a substance that tested positive for approximately 11 grams of marijuana. Officers also found a digital scale with the marijuana and more than $1,300 cash in the suspects possession. Juarez was booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charge.
