Officers search for Good Samaritans who may have info on woman

07-16-11 Officers search for Good Samaritans who may have info on woman

Boise, July 16, 2011 - Boise Police are looking for two Good Samaritans, to thank and ask questions of, after the couple picked up a woman calling for help early this morning and took the woman to St. Luke's Regional Medical Center downtown. Police estimate the couple saw the woman in a roadway this morning sometime between 3:00 and 3:30 a.m. The woman was conscious but in need of medical attention. The couple gave the woman a ride to the hospital, made sure she received attention, then left without leaving their names.

The only description Boise Police have of the Good Samaritans is a couple, a man and woman driving a white passenger car. Officers are trying to piece together just what happened to the woman, who at this time is unable to answer officer's questions. Again, officers would like to thank the Good Samaritan couple and see if they may be able to provide additional information.

If that couple recognizes themselves, or if anyone knows who the couple may be, they're urged to call non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790.
