    Boise, June 21, 2011 - Boise Chief of Police Michael Masterson is hosting this month's brown bag session of the Idaho Inclusiveness Coalition. The public is invited to attend the session tomorrow featuring Laura Alvarez Schrag of Pondera Consulting, who will present "Latino Workforce and Global Business".

    The IIC session isWednesday, June 22nd from Noon - 1:00 PM at City Hall West, 333 N. Mark Stall Place in Boise.

    Laura Alvarez Schragis currently the Owner and President of Pondera Consulting, a consulting firm that specializes in Organizational Design and Development, Multi-Cultural Team Dynamics, Change Management, and Individual Growth and Development.  Prior to building her own consulting business, Laura acquired her wealth of experience through 17 years in Hewlett-Packard's Human Resources division.   Her background at Hewlett-Packard included Diversity Consulting, Leading business and global project, HR Business Support for Executives, and HR Manager for US and Mexico Business Divisions.  

    Those interested in attending are invited to bring a lunch, your colleagues and your enthusiasm for Diversity and Inclusion and listen to Laura speak about how to impact your business.

Chief Masterson is a member of the Board of Directors for the Idaho Inclusiveness Coalition and a member of the ICC since 2005.
