Arrested: Stacia M. Johns, 24, Meridian

Charges: Possession with intent to deliver (F), Possession of a controlled substance - meth (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m), Driving without privileges (m)

    A Boise Police officer on patrol near State Street and N. 16th Street saw a car driving the wrong way on 16th, the vehicle was traveling north at a point where 16th is one-way southbound. The officer stopped the vehicle and found the driver, Johns to be driving on a suspended driver's license. A drug detection K9 alerted on the vehicle. A search of the car revealed three baggies and a jar containing a green leafy substance which tested presumptive positive as marijuana. A glass pipe with a white and brown residue was also found inside of the car.  The residue tested presumptive positive as methamphetamine. During their investigation, officers also found evidence the suspect had possession of the marijuana with the intent to sell. She was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on the above charges.
