   Charges:Harboring a Fugitive (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F)

Boise Police contacted the suspect on November 9th, as they attempted to locate a wanted person. Officers had reason to believe the suspect had been in contact with the wanted person at the time and may be helping him hide from law enforcement. She was informed that if she was found in the company of the suspect, she would be arrested for harboring a fugitive. Yesterday (November 16th) at approximately 8:00 p.m. Officers observed the suspect in the company of the wanted person. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Overland and Cole roads. As officers contacted the suspect, a Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed prescription medications that did not belong to her. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
