    Arrested: Robert W. Martin, 30, no known address

    Charges:Possession of Sexually Exploitive Material (F)

   The arrest stems from a Boise Police investigation, after receiving a request for assistance from the Rogers County Sheriffs office in Oklahoma. Parents reported to police the suspect was exchanging messages over the Internet with a teenage female including explicit photos starting in in January of this year.  Evidence indicates the suspect sent and received the materials on more than one occasion via Internet messages. After a detailed investigation the suspect, Martin was arrested at 11:00 p.m. near Americana and Shoreline.   

   If you suspect online sexual exploitation of a child, report it to the Boise Police Department at 377-6790 or 911 for emergencies.
    You may also report online via the CyberTipline┬« at or 1-800-843-5678.  The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) has a system for identifying online predators and child pornographers and contributing to law-enforcement investigations. Leads forwarded to the site will be acknowledged and shared with the appropriate law-enforcement agency for investigation.


   The Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is a statewide coalition of local, state and federal law enforcement and prosecution agencies, focused on apprehending and prosecuting individuals who use the Internet to criminally exploit children.

   Internet crimes against children are, primarily, crimes of sexual exploitation of children. These crimes include distribution of child pornography and using the Internet to target children for sexual abuse.

   The Idaho ICAC Task Force is committed to protecting Idaho's children through community education and by identifying, arresting and prosecuting those who commit Internet crimes against children.


 Warrant Arrested: Robert T. Worley, 36, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a theft from a residence that took place on June 23rd of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect, who is known to the victim, entered the home without permission and took personal items. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
