Arrest in Internet Child Pornography

  Boise, May 4, 2010 - Boise Police have arrested a man and charged him with possessing images of child pornography and child sexual abuse on his home computer.
  Arrested: Brian M. Pope, 20, Boise
  Charge: Sexual Exploitation of a Child (F)

  Boise Police learned of the possible existence of the images on the suspect's computer in late January, 2010 during the course of a related investigation. Further investigation revealed the suspect possessed pornographic and sexual abuse images involving children in their early teens and children possibly as young as 9 years of age. Boise Police have no evidence the images involve local children.

Leads forwarded to the site will be acknowledged and shared with the appropriate law-enforcement agency for investigation
