  Arrested: Bo J. Tate, 34, Boise

   Charges:Delivery of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Contempt of court warrant (m)

    Boise Police on patrol early this morning (April 22nd) just after midnight observed a vehicle with no registration at North Maple Grove and Susan Drive in Boise. A records check through Ada County confirmed the driver had a warrant out of Power County for contempt of court. A search of the suspect after his arrest revealed 10 grams of meth packaged in 6 individual baggies. A Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed 15 grams of marijuana and other items of paraphernalia including a digital scale in the vehicle. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.


  Arrested: Kenneth G Harris, 46, Garden City

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Parole Violation Charges

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents in locating the suspect yesterday (April 21st) at approximately 7:00 p.m. at a hotel on the 8000 block of West Overland road. Probation and parole agents had a warrant for the suspect's arrest. A search of the room incident to arrest revealed a small amount of Meth, baggies and  digital scales. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.


    Arrested: Lucas L. Wallworth, 35, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F)

    Boise Police observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane and cross the center line late last night (April 21st) at approximately 11:50 p.m. Officers stopped the driver at Vista and Nez Pierce. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .26/.26 at the Ada County Jail. A search of the suspect incident to his arrest revealed 2 prescription tablets for a controlled substance that the suspect did not have a prescription for. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.


    Warrant Arrested: Kelly R. Coates, 39, Boise

    Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Injury to a Child yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the conditions found in a home on the 7800 block of West Crestwood Drive on April 11th of this year. On that date, Boise Police received a citizen call of a child in the roadway. Responding officers found the child had been returned to the home when they arrived and found the home in unsanitary conditions. 10 dogs and 12 cats had left fecal matter and urine throughout the home that was occupied by children. At the time 3 children where turned over the custody of Health and Welfare. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.


   Warrant Arrested: Paul M. Phillips, 41, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F)

   Boise Police arrested the suspect yesterday (April 21st) after a detailed investigation into allegations of Lewd Conduct that reportedly took place on August 1st of 2009. The incident was reported to Boise Police on September 9th of last year. The victim, a juvenile female under the age of 14, tells detectives the conduct took place at a Boise Bench home. The suspect is well known to the victim and officers have no reason at this time to believe other victims are involved. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
