Warrant Arrested: Taneesha A. Cayetano, 25, Texas

Warrant Charges:  Injury to a Child (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Injury to a Child in San Antonio Texas on October 9th of this year. Taneesha Cayetano was then transferred to the custody of the Ada County Jail on October 19th.

The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on February 8th of 2008. On that date, Boise Police conducted a welfare check at a home on the 2800 block of West Broxon Lane. Officers found two children under the age of 4 in the home within reach of 1 gram of Meth and 1 gram of Cocaine. Officers also recovered several items of drug paraphernalia on the floor in reach of the children. The home was in a state of filth, with rotting food and dirty diapers. At the time, the children were placed into the custody of the State Department of Health and Welfare. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
