Thursday, August 6 - Media Briefing from Robert's family. Speaker is Robert Manwill's aunt, Trish Burrill

Good evening, My name is Trisha Burrill. Robert called me "aunt mom". Now that Robert is home, we are standing in front of you again today, with the Boise Police Department, united as a family.

We want to thank our community family for everything they have done for our family and for Robert.

A special thanks goes out to the Boise Police Department, the FBI, Team Adam and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Also, to those of you who notified the police department of Robert's location and brought him home to us. Our family would like to meet you and thank you personally.

With Robert being home now, you may all turn your ribbons right side up to show Robert has been found.

Also, we know that Robert is in all of your hearts, and you need closure just as we do. Robert's family will be at the candlelight vigil on Friday night at 8:00 p.m.

On Saturday, we are inviting everyone to join us at Meridian Speedway. We are racing in Robert's name, with a moment of silence and a prayer.

We as a family have given it much thought, and would like you to meet Robert. We have set up a web site;, so you may learn from us how special our little Robert was.

We also want to invite out community family and the Boise and surrounding area police departments to join us at Cloverdale Funeral Home Sunday at 2:00 p.m. to lay our sweet, loving little boy Robert to rest with God.

Thank you, again. The family of Robert Manwill.

Watch a video demonstration of one of the specialized search K-9's being utilized. The dog in the video demonstration is Maddy, a bloodhound. Maddy and her handler, Mimi Perry were brought to Boise courtesy of Team Adam, the Missing Child Rapid Response Team, a program of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Maddy and other search dogs have been valuable in aiding investigators as we continue to search for missing Robert Manwill.
