07-21-09 Meth, Marijuana Arrests

    Boise, July 21, 2009 - Boise Police assisted Probation and Parole Agents in a search of a probationers home, and found two women to be in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. Both women face felony drug charges.

    Arrested: Regina Rojas, 23, Boise

    Charges: Controlled Substance Delivery (F), Controlled Substance Violation (F), Possession of drug paraphernalia (m)

    Arrested: Jenny Lee Seelye, 28, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (F), 2 Parole Violations

    What Happened: Boise Police were called by Probation and Parole Agents to help with the search of a home on the 4800 blk of Bethel St. The agent told officers that as he was walking into the home with the woman who lives there, he found another woman, Rojas trying to flush a baggie down the toilet. The contents of the baggie later tested positive for marijuana. Further search of the home found drug paraphernalia, including scales, pipes, hypodermic needles. Substance on the paraphernalia was found to be meth.
