04-08-09 Drug charges top overnight arrests in Boise

Boise April 8th, 2009 - Drug Charges top the overnight arrest's in Boise


    Arrested: Karren S. Bacon, 36, Boise

    Charges: Possession of a controlled substance (METH)(F)

    Cited: Cassandra M. Menear, 22, Boise

    Charges: Frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold (M)

    Cited: Lanette R. Sullivan, 42, Boise

    Charges: Frequenting a place where drugs are used/sold (M)

    Boise Police responded to a citizen complaint of a strong chemical smell and possible drug activity at a residence on the 2000 block of North 34th Street in Boise at approximately 2:30 a.m. this morning. Officers who made contact with the occupants received consent to search the home and recovered a baggie containing Meth. Karren Bacon was arrested for possession of the drug and two other occupants were cited for frequenting a place were drugs are used.


    Warrant Arrested: Camron J. Dorman, 20, Kuna

    Warrant Charges: Rape (F)

    Last night at approximately 10:30 p.m. Camron Dorman was arrested at a home in Kuna on a Warrant for the felony charge of rape.

    The warrant stems from a Boise Police investigation of an incident that allegedly took place on March 24th in a vehicle in West Boise. The teenage victim, who is known to the suspect, is under the age of 18. At this time Investigators do not have evidence to indicate that there are other victims. The information gathered in that investigation was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office resulting in the felony warrant.
