12-04-08 Armed Robbery UPDATE with photos

Boise December 4th, 2008 - Boise Police responded to a robbery early this morning on West Victory Road and Police want your help finding the suspect.

What happened: At approximately 4:00 a.m. officers were called to a convenience store on the 7300 block of West Victory road by citizens who witnessed the robbery. Witnesses tell Police an unidentified male entered the store and displayed a black handgun. The man ordered two clerks to the floor and demanded cash. The man was last seen leaving East from the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. An immediate search of the area did not result in an arrest. No one was injure during the robbery.

Description: Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male around 5-foot-10, with a thin build and a mustache. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a blue bandanna, black or dark-colored pants, fleece sweatshirt and sunglasses.

Boise Police hope that the attached photos will help someone recognize this suspect. Anyone with information is urged to call non-emergency dispatch or crime stoppers at 343-COPS
