11-13-08 Shred It Day

Boise November 13th, 2008 - Boise Police and residents are working together to help prevent identity theft in our community. The Crime Stoppers Board will be holding a community shred-it day in the front parking lot at Barrister on Saturday, November 15th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Items that can b e shredded include tax papers, checks, bank statements, check stubs, prescription bottle labels, credit card applications, CD-Rom's/DVD's, computer backups, video tapes, cassette tapes, financial records, or old credit cards. Any label or paperwork with your personal information  (including magazine labels).

What: Boise Shred-it day event to help prevent identity theft

Where: Barrister parking lot on Saturday November 15th from 10 AM to 2 PM

There is a limit of 5 boxes or bags per vehicle

There will also be an opportunity to donate to the Boise Area Crime Stoppers to help pay for Cash rewards.
