09-29-08 Arrests in Strong Armed Robbery
       Boise, Sept. 29, 2008 - Boise Police arrested two men late Sunday night after a man leaving work called police to report his backpack had been stolen.
      Arrested: Christopher E. Sinqufield, 27, Boise
      Arrested: Troy D. Pulley, 20, Boise
      Charge: both - Robbery (F)
      Boise Police were called to 9th & Bannock approx. 11:44 pm Sunday night after a man reported he was leaving work and was confronted by two unknown men who demanded his backpack. The victim says the two made threats they had a gun, but a weapon was never shown. The victim turned over the backpack and the two suspects ran off.
      When Boise Police arrived, one suspect, Sinquefield, was being detained by a private downtown security guard. Officers found Pulley a few blocks away.
      Both suspects were arrested on the above charge. All the victim's property was recovered.
