02-25-08 Armed Robbery - Fairview Ave. Restaurant

    Boise, Feb. 25, 2008 - Boise Police are searching for the man who reportedly robbed an employee of a fast food restaurant on Fairview Ave. at approx. 8:51 this morning.

    Suspect Description: 

  • dark skinned male
  • approx. 5' 10" - 6' 2", medium build, approx. 200 lbs
  • Wearing a black hooded windbreaker-type jacket with white stripes on the sleeves, possibly writing on the left chest of the jacket
  • Black jeans
  • At the time of the robbery, the suspect wore a black bandana across his face, sunglasses, the hood up over an orange beenie.
  • He was last seen running on foot east from the restaurant's back parking lot.

    What Happened: A female employee of the restaurant on the 6500 blk of Fairview says she was walking out of the business carrying money that belonged to the business. She was robbed in the parking lot. The victim believes the suspect carried a handgun.
