UPDATE- Suspect in custody!

Boise December 21st, 2007 The suspect in an early morning shots fired incident has been taken into custody. At approximately 11:15 AM officers located the suspect involved in this morning's shots fired call near the area of the original incident. After a brief pursuit officers stopped the vehicle, using a pit maneuver officers are trained to use, near Hill Road and Bogus Basin road. The subject was taken into custody without further incident. Officers are pleased no one was injured in the apprehension of this subject.

Suspect: Timothy Allen Miller, 43 years old

Charges: The suspect may face multiple charges which could include assault and felony eluding

Boise December 21st, 2007- Boise Police are investigating an overnight incident that resulted in two shots fired at a residence on the 2500 block of Nth 15th street in Boise. At approximately 6:12 AM this morning witnesses tell Police a man they knew kicked in the front door of their apartment brandishing a shotgun. A struggle took place, during which shots where fired. Victims managed to wrestle the gun away from the suspect during the struggle. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the shots where fired. None of the victims were injured during the incident and Detectives have determined this incident is domestic in nature.

Detectives and Officers are working to locate the suspect at this time. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
