12-21-07 Overnight Battery

Boise December, 21st 2007- Boise Police are investigating a battery that took place overnight at a residence on the 3300 block of Lake Harbor in Boise. At approximately 11:30 PM on Thursday the 20th, witnesses tell Officers three white males, two wearing black ski masks, knocked on the front door of their apartment. When the victim opened the door he was attacked by one of the men. The victim says he was struck in the face with the barrel of what he believed to be a small handgun.

When one of the victim's in the residence began to scream for help the suspects quickly fled the scene.

Witnesses tell detectives they believe they know at least one of the suspects who committed this crime. The exact nature of the relationship between the suspects and the victims is still under investigation.

Suspect #1: Witnesses describe this individual as 5’05, very skinny build with dark hair, possibly in his early 20's wearing a black mask and black hoody.

Suspect #2: Witnesses describe this individual as 5’04, approximately 150lbs in his early 20's wearing a black mask, red shirt, and a tan jacket.

Suspect #3: Witnesses say the third suspect had a shaved head and may be in his early 20's. No further description of this individual is available at this time.

Detectives and Officers are currently working to locate the suspects in this incident. Anyone with further information is urged to call crime stoppers at 343-COPS.
