12-04-07 Overnight Aggravated Battery Arrest

Boise December 4th, 2007 - This morning Boise Police Officers took a 45 year old woman into custody for aggravated battery in connection with an incident that took place yesterday evening.  On December 3rd at approximately 10:40 PM Boise Police received a report of a fight on the 1000 block of Lusk in Boise. Officers located two individuals at that location who had been injured during a physical altercation with a sharp object. Exactly what that object may have been, a beer bottle or some other implement, is still under investigation. The injuries are not life threatening. The female suspect in this case is known to the victims. Witnesses gave detailed information about the suspect and an area search was conducted immediately. 

The suspect was located a few hours later at 05:00 AM this morning. Officers had reason to believe that the suspect had returned to the area of the original call. Boise Police Officers conducted another search and located the suspect identified as 45 year old Evelyn Elaine Fuller. She was arrested and transported to the hospital before being booked into the Ada County jail on aggravated battery charges.

Arrested: Fuller, Evelyn Elaine 45 years of age

Charges: Two counts of Aggravated Battery, Felonies
