09-21-07 UDATE: Five Mile Robbery Arrest

Boise September 21st 2007, Boise Police have taken a juvenile male into custody on a robbery charge in connection with a case that took place one week ago. On September 13th, a young male robbed a business on the 3300 block of Five Mile. Detectives through the course of the investigation identified a juvenile in his teens as the suspect who was taken into custody this morning. The suspect in this case is a juvenile and no further information about the arrest is available. The suspect faces one count of robbery at this time. 



Boise September 14th, 2007. Boise Police are investigating a robbery that took place overnight. At approximately 9:00 PM thursday evening the 13th victims tell police an unknown male entered a business on the 3300 block of North Five Mile and demanded money. No weapon was displayed during the robbery. The suspect left the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of cash. The man was last seen leaving the establishment on foot. Victims contacted Boise Police who conducted a search of the area however, the suspect was not located.

Suspect Description: Hispanic male  approximately 5'8, about 170 lbs wearing a dark colored Yankees jacket and blue jeans
