Burglar Arrested

Burglar Arrested

    Boise August 1st 2007, Boise Police Officers have arrested a Boise man for possession of stolen merchandise taken in multiple burglaries. 

    On Tuesday July 31st at approximately 6:00 AM two Boise Police Officers observed a man acting suspiciously at a commercial property near Ash and 11th street. After observing the suspect for a short time officers made contact with Fernando G Lemus. In a backpack the suspect was carrying officers found two laptop computers taken in a previous burglary at Boise State University. A warrant was obtained for the suspects residence at 1188 Lee Street in Boise. At that residence officers recovered an additional 6 laptop computers, and two video camcorders believed to have been taken in previous burglaries.

Arrested: Fernando G. Lemus, 23 years of age, Boise

Charges: 1 Charge of Grand Theft- Felony, Other charges may come later
