Search for Armed Robbery Suspects

    Boise, July 23, 2007 - Boise Police are searching for the two men who robbed a West Boise convenience store early this morning.

    Officers were called to the store on the 12100 blk of Ustick at Cloverdale at 3:32 a.m. A witness says one man walked in the store with a rifle, pointed it at the clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The second suspect went to the cooler and stole two 18- packs of beer. Both were last seen leaving the store on foot. 

    The following suspect descriptions come from surveillance video taken during the robbery:

    Suspect #1 carrying the rifle: dark skinned male, early 20's, short in stature, approx 5' - 5' 6" tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white script logo or writing across the chest, blue jeans and white shoes. He may have been wearing a black baseball cap beneath the hood. He also wore something black across his face.

    Suspect #2: white male, early 20's about 5' 6" tall, wearing long blue jean shorts (below the knee, calf length), a blue or black hooded jacket pulled over his head and white shoes.
