Officers search for Armed Robbery Suspects

Officers search for Armed Robbery Suspects Boise May 17th, 2007 - Boise Police are searching for the suspects in an overnight armed robbery that took place at an apartment on the 1800 block of North Cole.

    As officers investigated, an apartment in the same building in the complex was also found with a door kicked in. The resident of that apartment had been out of town. Detectives are investigating to see if the two incidents are related.

    Officers responded to the call at 11:50 pm last night (Wednesday, May 16). Residents of the apartment, a man and woman, told officers there was a knock at their door. The man went to the door and found two men asking to come in. When he refused, they forced their way in. Both suspects carried handguns. The two suspects fled the scene with 200 dollars in cash and a handgun stolen from the residents of the apartment.

    The suspects are described as two white males, late teens or early 20's, one had short dark hair, the other had short blond hair with a beard, both were approx. six feet tall, 180 pounds.
