Vista Armed Robbery

Boise, March 16, 2007 – Boise Police are searching for a man who robbed a South Vista Rite Aid this afternoon at approximately 14:14 pm.

Witnesses tell officers a man walked into the Rite Aid at 1100 South Vista and presented a note demanding prescription medications.  No weapon was displayed during the robbery. He was last seen in a small silver passenger car, possibly a toyota echo leaving the parking lot.

Witnesses describe the robber as a white male in his 30's, approximately 6" tall. The man appeared to have a black pony tail (may have been a wig) and he was wearing a baseball cap with sunglasses. The suspect had a band-aid on his nose and was wearing blue jeans with a blue jean jacket.

An area search by officers arriving on scene so far has not turned up the suspect.
